Inspired by the legendary Greek island of Skorpios, a destination known for luxury, beauty, and escape, Skorpios was created to bring the spirit of the Mediterranean to the heart of Lititz. Our vision is to offer guests more than a meal—an experience that captures the warmth, hospitality, and vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean coast.

Located in a building that has long been a part of the Lititz community, the space has evolved through many chapters—from Your Place, to Scooters, and now Skorpios. We are honored to continue its legacy while introducing a fresh new concept that blends upscale dining, handcrafted cocktails, and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.

Skorpios is proudly family-owned and rooted in Greek heritage. The Katsaros family has been serving Lancaster County for years, transforming the former Zimmerman’s building into the beloved Yorgos Restaurant & Lounge in downtown Lancaster. With Skorpios, we are bringing that same passion for hospitality, quality, and community to Lititz.
